Have I mentioned how much I LOVE private catered events?  Especially those with a holiday theme?  Lots of fun ideas are dancing in my head.   It’s also our first trip to Union City and I’m looking forward to it.  This company booked a couple trucks for their party.  What a fun and unique idea.  Now that’s thinking outside the box.
